mmnassour said:No, that's understandable. In fact, it wasn't even an issue with the FCC until a year or so ago when some children's TV group (IIRC) claimed that the subchannels were part of the original congressional mandate for three hours weekly of children's programming on TV. Hell, when Congress passed the bill, no one knew what a subchannel WAS. But the way the legislation was written, the FCC decided that to follow the law, each and every stream (channel) had to be included. Just one of those things that....happen.
