Kent Jones Joins Stephens Spokane As Operations Manager

Following the appointment of Mike McCoy to oversee their Rochester NY cluster last week, another longtime Oklahoma City programmer is joining Stephens Media Group.

Kent Jones, who programmed and hosted mornings at Tyler Media Classic Hits 92.5 KOMA-FM Oklahoma City for 31 years until his exit in January, will serve as Operations Manager for Stephens Media Group’s cluster in Spokane WA.

Kent Jones will join as OM at KEY 101.1 FM.

And speaking of Stephens Media, here in the Tri-Cities, KALE & FM translator at 106.1 (More FM) has added a ton of 80's tunes. Even some 70's. Perhaps trying to fill the void of no classic hits in the market? But they are still playing 2010+ pop hits so the jury is still out.

Being out of Washington State now, I missed this.

Appears Mapleton has done everything they wanted to do to KGA. No more reason to stick around.
