KERA/KKXT to build new HQ

It makes sense, because that land has gotten pretty valuable over the years. That part of Dallas just north of downtown was something of a backwater when I moved to Dallas in the eighties, but it has certainly boomed in the last 25 years or so. So what KERA will get for those 2.4 acres should be a real boost to their budget.
