Why would anyone in his or her right mind leave a full time job in Providence to work at WSAR?Their listenership is negligible.The pay is probably awful.Reports are that the owners are not exactly pleasant to work for.I don't believe the station is any kind of a well known stepping stone to greater things.She co-hosts the B101 morning show and wants to work at WSAR?Nonsense.

I don't think Keri was mean to sit and laugh at some guy's jokes all morning. I've heard her fill in, and I've heard her in Worcester and I'll tell you she's smart as a whip and fiesty as hell. She's also probably got more experience in talk than any other producer in Providence and she's got a terrific future as a talker herself. I'd venture to say she's probably the youngest woman in the country talking full-time, so that's quite an accomplishment. Good for her.

good for kerri. she's getting away from the sinking ship of whjj. if she really loves the talk then she can direct it herself by being the PD over there and be on air as well. as for the rosie odonnell comments, how immature can we actually get on this board. i hear hjj is chaos over there. the management is terrible, arlene is running the station. congrats to kerri and hope she does well.

Nope, I'm not her. Not only am I male, but I've got about 20 years on her. I am a fan though. And I am a democrat. Not ashamed of that. I was hoping that Air America would be good talk radio. It wasn't. For some reason you think you've got to be conservative to be a decent talker. You don't. I've listened to Matt Allen. He's ok.

Matt Allen's no beauty, neither is Dan Yorke or John DePetro. I don't see you bashing their appearances. Why not?

That's just not true. I've met the woman twice. No, she's not skinny. Neither is Matt Allen. But she's certainly not ugly. And it's just hurtful and rude.
