Kerry Barrett leaves WTXF Fox 29, among other changes for the station's newscasts

*Kerry Barrett has left FOX 29.

*Lauren Johnson will temporarily fill in on the FOX 29 Morning news in Kerry's place. Lauren will still co-anchor FOX 29 Weekend on Saturday mornings , while Karen Hepp will solo anchor the Sunday morning broadcast of FOX 29 weekend

*Lucy Noland and Iain Page will now anchor the evening newscasts from Sunday-Thursday

*Dawn Timmeney will co-anchor with Chris O'Connell on Friday nights.

* Good Day Philadelphia as of yesterday 1/5 starts at 6 AM

Is the news operation of WTXF FOX 29 really in trouble , especially now that Action News at 10 on WPHL 17 I'm assuming is taking most of the fox 29 News at 10 PM viewers?
