Good point. John Adams is the epitome of low key--the opposite of Scirto--but he nonetheless (as with Scirto) is a capable and friendly-appearing meteorologist. Adams has a solid following, so the company either feels there is a genuine need for a change, or has a major league higher calling for him within the organization--although it may involve sending him elsewhere to make the change. It's an intriguing situation, although, again, there may be nothing at all which will change. If only each of us had a dollar for every broadcasting change we heard was going to happen but never did.
