Just saw the Kevin Weeks interview on Fox News this morning where he was promoting his new book, "Brutal". The interviewers were receiving 1-5 word answers for each question, and in a typical 3-4 minute segment, that made for a lot of questions. I don't get it, Weeks was promoting his book, presumably his only source of income, and he was claming up as if he were being interrogated.

Does anyone know if he has been on with Bill O'Reilly yet?

No but Weeks was on 60 Minutes on Sunday. From what Howie has been saying
the book was probably written so Weeks could make money to cover lawsuits from
relatives of the people Whitey (and maybe he as well) killed.

Paul
Sullivan was talking about this on WBZ last night. He said Howie's book
was a well-researched look (by a reporter) at the Bulgers, though Paul said he disagreed with the main premise (i.e., that Billy and Whitey worked together/helped each other out). Meanwhile he said that he was approached by Weeks' agent to interview him, and Sully refused. He didn't want to talk to a criminal who was profiting, in whatever way, from telling of his crimes.

On amazon.com the sales figures of Weeks' book are: #27 today, #64 yesterday. A review by a man from Texas gave it one star: "Do not buy this book. The author is a murderer. He is a coward who wanted to kill the investigative reporter who was exposing his boss' crimes. Don't give your money to this piece of human sewage."

Re: One of Nature's Noblemen...Not!

There a couple of guy's from Whitey's gang with new books out. A guy named Nee is the other one. I won't read either one, just because it would be giving a criminal a legitimate source of income.
