Word has it Obama & Oprah are meeting with KOOL PD Kris trying to convince him to go All Xmas Music on 10/31. It worked so well last year, why hasn't PD Kris started it by now? Perhaps the Buckeye Boyz should join the Big O's in this meeting!

It's going to be worse than when Wonderful Christmastime was in mega
power rotation last November and December.

This year it will be a loop of The Girl From Ipanema 24/7 for two months.
(Lucky for PD Kris, it's from '64 so he'll still be demo-friendly...barely.)

Isn't Christmas when we celebrate the birth of Santa?

Nurse Czarina Jeff and I enjoy a crackling log in the fireplace, hot cocoa and standing under the mistletoe like everyone else..but not in October! Just give us a break from the all Ho-Ho-Ho format until we stuff our little Middle Eastern bellies with turkey on Thanksgiving!

Seems to me that some station should engage in some creative counterprograming--and probably garner some impressive ratings to boot--by making it known that they will NOT play one single, solitary Christmas song!

Always kept KEZ Numero Uno in the Fall Book. Should be interesting to see how PPM listeners hearers do with the All Ho-Ho-Ho format!

Attention PD Kris: if you were to jump on the above suggestion, it would go
a long way toward making amends for the "holiday horrors" (appropriate, since
you began around Halloween) you subjected us to last year.

And I don't think we'd mind terribly if you briefly flip to a "KOOL Kristmas" on
December 24 and 25. You could even play that Brazilian song too. <wink>

What is worse, being in Branson Missouri where all the grade D singers that you thought died years ago are performing, or 2.5 freaking months of hearing "Jinglebell Rock?"

Its like asking if being burned to death is better than being stabbed to death.
