KFBK 107.1

Looks like iHeart Sacramento has a construction permit in for 107.9 at 50kW! Get ready for KFBK at 50kW on 107.9. Any value in them re-arranging and using 107.9 for one of their other formats (say KHYL) and putting KFBK on 101.1? I guess it all depends on where KFBK’s audience is which is likely in the 60 contour of 107.9.
 
Did the CP get approved? A check with fccdata.org showed the application still under review. The Auction 109 requests are still not all completely procesed.

Anything's possible, but I doubt want to move an aging format to a stronger FM signal. I'm guessing that aside from their news programming, everything skews older. Unless they can increase their billing, I don't see them moving KFBK-FM again.
