We, the undersigned KFMB-TV employees, are proud media professionals dedicated to bringing the highest quality news and information services to the diverse communities of San Diego. As our station and digital services continue to grow and evolve, we believe it is important that we have meaningful input into KFMB-TV’s future through a formal collective bargaining process.
We therefore choose to form a union with Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) for the purpose of collectively negotiating our pay, benefits and working conditions.
We request that you recognize this petition as a demonstration that SAG-AFTRA represents a majority of employees in a unit appropriate for collective bargaining, and that you meet and confer with us in good faith to begin the collective-bargaining process.
