KFNX 1100 Job Fair Report

Went to the huge Jobing job fair today, hundreds of the best companies in Phoenix all had booths. Good companies with innovative displays, informative handouts, skilled employees there to serve you.

But what of 1100?

I found the booth tucked away at the far end (good companies pay for premium spaces), unmanned, a hand written note that they were looking for someone in programming and sales positions, a cardboard box with a hole in it to drop resumes, a copy of this week's broadcast schedule, and a handful of KFNX 1100 stickers.

Real class organization!

The KFNX representative was probably trolling about the job fair trying to sell block air time.

OR THEY WERE LOOKING FOR JOBS THEMSELVES.

They exceeded all my expectations of shabbiness.

I used to work job fairs and conventions, and I would never put together such a terrible impression of the company I worked for.
