What takes so long to update the web site? Still showing Celeste as middays. No Sue Hall mentioned at all!

People are entitled to vacations ya know. Its somewhat updated now.
 
What do you want? A couple of KGO hosts were griping today because their site now called them "DJ's." This has apparantly been fixed, but just goes to show that creeping cheapness is even hitting the top dog.

When an air personality leaves a station, vacation or not, their info is taken off the stations site immediately.
 
Not ALWAYS true. Sue's info was left on the wolf website for a couple weeks after she left their Morning show. Some stations have a person dedicated to the website, some clusters have 1 person, some stations just use a promotions person who is learning while doing. It just depends, and if there are more important tasks at hand, then the website often suffers.
 
Sue's info was left on the Wolf website because she was still working weekend shifts until she knew what she'd be doing at KFRC.
 
Vacations would not be a reason a personality's info to come off a site. A program schedule might be updated with a fill in jock/talent. Sue's info was on the WOLF's site because she resigned there late Friday and started at KFRC on Monday. The WOLF web folks may have already been gone for the weekend when her resignation was submitted.
