kfrc hd-2

Why would kfrc hd-2 be asking their listeners to help save classic hits in the bay area? Is that a new imaging voice I hear? What's up at 106.9 hd-2? mmmmm? The music playlist is not so narrow, to me anyway. Go KFRC! Known For Radio Clearness! What the calls once stood for back in the day! Like in September of 1924 in the beginning. Really a retooling is going on @ 106.9 HD-2 Listen in and turn on, as the switch is on! Great Stereo separation along with real frequency response is the new thing on 106.9 Great Listening for all once again! Is this really ME writing this? WOW! What's up with the promo's for KHTK? Perhaps the new format for 106.9 HD-2? Who is the man behind the imaging?

They've had promos for a while now asking listeners to make them a habit if they wanted to continue to get Classic Hits on 106.9 HD-2

They've also had promos for they're stereo seperation for a while now

The KHTK Promos are confusing though, I'll check to hear the new imaging voice

The KHTK promos are CBS' way of trying to get listeners to stay put (digitally) for NCAA basketball, which they are airing "exclusively" on KHTK in Northern California.

The spots run ad nauseum on every CBS/SF and CBS/Sac digital stream, often twice or thrice per break, in between the countless spots for 60 Minutes Online and New Politics, the hottest new rock band EVER (or so they've been telling us since last July or August).

I'm guessing, based on the CBS propensity for rarely changing their streaming content, that those KHTK/NCAA spots will still be running well into September...

As I sit here, the NCAA "exclusive coverage only on KHTK" spot is running once again on KCBS Digital. What exactly is stopping them from putting the games on 1550?
