KFXM Online-- 96.7 Thanks for the Memories

I discovered KXFM Online 96.7 last week... I really enjoyed hearing a great mix of 50's & 60's and other hits/stiffs thrown in. You can hear the jingles of K-X-F-M... makes me nostalgic for the fade-in and out signal from AM 590, that I listened to on my transistor radio in Southern California from San Bernardino. I remember the Tiger Radio Survey that listed the hits for over three decades. It's nice that somebody cared enough to put it all together. Too bad that we lost KRLA, KHJ, KFWB, KFXM, and KMEN.
On an online Google search, I found "Doug's closet" which features surveys from KXFM & KMEN. Check it out.

...KFXM/96.7 is the best oldies station I've heard since I worked at WXOL/690 Oshkosh WI back in '93-'94. Unfortunately, their signal, as an LPFM, is tough to pull in even in downtown Lancaster. It's worth the effort, tho...
