I went to hear "The Wall Street Journal this Morning" at 4 a.m.. Instead, I got a re-run of Peter Greenberg's Worldwide travel show from last Sunday.
No explanationj for the switch.
 
We've got the official explanation from the CCU suits: somebody screwed up.
 
You're lucky if they even have a board op before 5:00am...it could
just be programmed--or mis-programmed--into the Audio Vault or
equivalent, along with the canned overnight local news.

And speaking of news that shouldn't be canned--I heard several
Sharpemeister 'casts in midday today during El Rushbo. They seemed
to be topical (i.e., live), yet during weather there was no mention
of the current temperature. Is Gary Bruce consulting 55/FYI news? ;D

I didn't even can a newscast when the big office Thanksgiving feast was going on last Thursday. Come to think of it, the way I inhale food, there was plenty of time - even when the sales lady from KISS cut in line in front of me. :mad:

Do any of the news stations here record their newscast? I know KKNT does, but what about the others. I don't have a major problem with it, but some people do.
 
Not sure if a Goof or a canned spot... I heard an Office Depot commercial this morning on FYI.
Didn't they pull out of the Phoenix market 5 years ago??
I'm sure they still do their online ordering but this ad was telling of in store specials??
 
It must be a barter spot for some service they're using..ie, Mediabase.
