KFYI/KOY Simulcast-In-Error

So what's with the 24-minute programming gaffe Saturday night on 55/FYI?

If you tuned in to hear Art Bell's latest UFO sightings at 10:06, you were
treated to a simulcast of KOY 1230--simulcast that is, less the :07 language
delay and the :09 IBOC's off at night but we still have the delay.

Art was on, as the show was audible on both KFI/El-Lay and KKOB/ABQ.

Someone finally figured it out at 10:30 and all of a sudden, KFYI came back
on KFYI.
