The Lemoore Union High School District today filed to cancel the license for KGAR-LP. The long-silent station operated on 93.3 with 91 watts ERP from an on-campus today.
There is a typo on the cancellation application. They are canceling the entire facility.
From what I can tell the FCC cancelled the KGAR-LP license today.
The "KGAR" callsign would be a good one to acquire. It was used by an AM Top 40 station in, Washington State many years ago : KGAR 1550 Vancouver. Perhaps some of the regional broadcasting discussion boards would have details about this long-gone AM outlet.

No one in the general listening audience cares about call letters.
Lemoore wanted KGRR, as much as that matters now!
