Also, there has been a big format hole in the Coachella Valley for AC and Soft AC for a long time. I was wondering when that would finally change.

Remember, in the sales demos the market is about 2/3 Hispanic. For an AC to be successful, I think it would have to be a bit on the rhythmic side.
