KGCB overpowering KTSU in Katy, TX

I was trying to catch the first broadcast of "Tell Me More" in Houston (noon CDT) when I encountered capture from what I first thought was KAMU. I left it on and heard in their translator list on the TOH ID "90.7 Flagstaff" through momentary static and then about 5-10 minutes later heard an "underwrite" (more of a commercial) for Chino Valley Bible Church. It's branded as Radio Shine and heard the url on the air (www.radioshine.org). I hope it's not from a Texas-based translator!

My setup: Bose Wave Radio/CD (first generation) and Terk FM+ external antenna in Cinco Ranch, Katy, Texas.
