Have we enough talk already? KGED has gone talk, picking up whatever isn't on Powertalk....lots from the old KYNO.

Good, the coverage (though) seems to be somewhat lacking. For a 10kw ND stick it seems to start making it's decent in Madera. I can't say that it has any usable signal in Merced. I'm sure the second adjacent in Merced at 1660 isn't helping, but comparing the two at about the midway point near Madera, the dominant signal is at 1660, both at 10kW ND. KGED sounds good, weak signal.
 
From the KGED website. . . "The station reaches listeners from Merced to Porterville with 10,000 watts of power."

No, I don't, along with others and I bet the future ratings will show it outside of Gizzlies broadcast, We don't need another Sports station, the last time they had any sinificant audience was when they were That 60s Station, Smooth Jazz or Classic Country.
 
Sure, some people will care. CBS Radio exclusively has rights to Jim Rome. He's their Howard Stern.
