KGFM Downgrade in Class from B to A

Oh how the might signal will fall:

AGM has filed with the FCC to downgrade KGFM from a full Class B FM station at 101.5, licensed to Bakersfield to a Class A station at 101.7 in Edison, CA

Reason for this move? To Upgrade KOCP in Camarillo from 95.9 Class A to 101.5 Class B to get into Western LA County.

I wonder how much Gold Coast is paying AGM for that.
