Denver KGNU-FM on reduced power

According to KGNU's website, in a post dated September 6: "Out {our} FM transmitter is currently operating on reduced power while undergoing emergency maintenance." I'm noticing a noisier signal from the Boulder station at my Denver location as well.

KGNU says its Denver AM station at 1390, which simulcasts the FM, is unaffected. KGNU's FM translator in Denver at 99.1 doesn't appear to be functional, however, based on what I'm hearing.
