KGOW has been Vietnamese since the sports format there ended. I think Bill Turner has KYND 1520.
Bill Turner left KYND earlier this month.
As a side note, I can hear KGOW up here in Laramie, Wyoming (SE corner of the state) often not too good, but if i point my antenna right in that direction, it can be listenable sometimes
