KHAL Condon signed on sometime on Saturday. They are calling themselves Mix 93.5 with top of hour as "Mix 93.5 is KHAL Condon, The Dalles, Goldendale."

They are playing AC music.
 
Yes, Haystack Broadcasting bought this CP for $45,000. This was part of the re-alignment of the KMCQ allocation up in the Seattle area. I am shocked that somebody had the courage to put this thing on the air! Noticed that the station moved North a little and downgraded their signal from a class C to a C1.

I suspect there's a computer at the tower with VPN access.
