KHEA-LP now on the air (?)

Overlooked this earlier, but apparently KHEA-LP 99.5 in La Marque is now on the air with religious programming. Anyone in that area hearing it? Runs 25 watts; coverage area goes from the Clear Lake area to Galveston.
 
Can hear it very faintly going in and out in Seabrook. Religious programming.

When the tropo opens, Gator 99 (99.5) out of Vinton (its licensed to Lake Charles but on the KVHP tower north of Vinton, La) will clobber it...
