KHHL 103.1 is MIA... again

Alpha's Spanish Sports talk station KHHL 103-1 was dead air all day yesterday and now it's totally gone. But what else is new? For those not familiar with KHHL, it always has problems with dead air or no signal at all. Someone needs to buy it from these people.
 
The fact KHHL came back up a couple hours after I posted this yesterday makes me think Alpha's reading.

Apparently though the Mexican station on 99.1 is not. It continues to air silence. Why then did they file a license to cover a few days ago? It was granted, so the station should be playing Mexican music or something right? But it's just silence for several days now. Here is their application, I think the address leads to a church but the phone number is this Spanish-only Hispanic guy's phone. http://fccdata.org/?facid=&call=khjs&ccode=1&city=&state=&country=US&arn=&party=&party_type=LICEN
The only conclusion I can come up with is that 99-1 is either working with or was mislead by some very bad people.

KHHL has a great signal. I drove from Victoria to San Antonio and it was clear as a bell the whole way through.

On certain days, though, it goes AWOL.
