KHHL clearly heard over by San Antonio IAH

But it still sounds like a cheap telephone line.
And without the stereo pilot.

It's simulcasting AM 720 Espn Deportes.

After the Border spin-off is complete I wonder if the guys out of Houston that do "Radio Saigon" would purchase 103.1 because it seems like brokered ethnic would be the only suitable format for 103.1, and it cannot increase power due to 103.3 out of Freeport, 103.5 out of Austin, and 102.9 out of Houston.

It's been like that audio quality ever since they "fixed" the silence. We had the attic re-done here, they broke one of my cords going to the antenna, I'm getting a wire and replace it when I can get a chance. I'm not getting great reception right now :(.

It is a good thing that cable they cut wasn't to a satellite dish! My parents had that happen. My brothers friends were working on removing ceiling on the patio, and started snipping the wires. You can splice with cable, TV, and radio, but not satellite. Since we had Direct TV's protection plan a tech came out, swapped the boxes first, and then ran totally new cable from dish and lnb block to satellite boxes.

The only future I see on 103.1 is brokered ethnic, I still wonder if Radio Saigon is interested in that signal? That programming would be new and interesting to San Antonio.

My HD direct TV would be the hardest to switch out the cable, but I could get up in the attic and re-run it, the second receiver has the cable running outside to the dish so that would be no problem to fix. I guess I need to get spray paint to paint my cables in the attic from now on? :)

When did they change 720 to Espn Deportes?

When did they change 720 to Espn Deportes?

About a month ago when 92.5 KXXS Elgin-Austin was sold to EMF to add to the K-Love network.

For you HD receiver, you will have to rerun the cable, as splicing doesn't work with Direct TV. From the Multiplexer to the Receiver. I bet you get a lot of that (771) error. Use RG-6 Quad, or better yet RG-11, not cheap RG-6 like the Direct TV installer used (when the repair is free, we get what we pay for!) I am sure you have a compression connector, I bought mine off E-Bay for $10 shipped from Hong Kong, and bought RG-6/6Q Compression connectors at Home Depot.

I wouldn't spray paint it, just use different color cables. Black for Direct TV and White for Radio/TV. Altex sells good cables.

Well lucky enough they didn't brake my direct TV cables, just my FM antenna, my TV was fine. I even told them before I left for work to watch out for my cables. They seemed to know where they were. But when I came back my FM radio was dead. I got a quad shield RG6 cable coming to replace it with.
