KHJS-LP 99.1 is off-air again, going on several days. The transmitter's off and everything.

Nope. I just am aware of a certain broadcaster operating in the US who is connected with a Mexican cartel...
I threw KHJS into that category for a sec, but perhaps they're good and inexperienced.

Maybe you can post more often, since this board has, well, mostly me on it right now as traffic's died down. I can keep this updated on what I know is going on in radio in my area, at least.
