KHKS Traffic sounder

On more than one occasion that horn noise has caused me to jerk my head around and wonder who it is that thinks I cut them off.

Last night, if my girlfriend hadn't been sitting on my lap, I would have dropped my cell phone and my cheeseburger!!

seriously, that sound effect is a little too realistic for my taste.

IIRC, KKRW/Houston has a traffic sounder that did me the same way.

This is an interesting picture. Girlfriend in lap, cell phone in one hand and cheeseburger in the other. How in the name of all that's holy were you driving your vehicle???

So let me get this straight. He's behind the wheel, with his girlfriend in his lap driving the vehicle while doing her makeup, he himself with a cell phone in one hand and a cheeseburger in the other. Something about this seems just about par for D/FW traffic. <P ID="signature">______________

I knew Ed and Company would have to wiegh in on the visual.

It is actually do-able and done as a matter of fact. But it involves a lot of faith that the road will look the same when you glance back at it in 20-30 second intrevals. Usually best if tried west of Abilene.

But thanks for the chuckles.

True, but you might want to watch at more frequent intervals the closer you get to Ranger Hill on I-20. Watch the road, that is.....
