KHTS Channel 93.3 transmitter

I noticed KHTS cancel their application move from a tower just north of the 94 freeway and east of the 805 freeway to Mt Soledad. Why did iHeart cancel their CP? It would be better if Channel 93.3 broadcast from Mt Soledad instead of north of the 94 freeway because the signal will be better for San Diego’s north county residents.
