KHYI real usage signal

I know in Keller as Chuck Taylor and I have discussed, it gets clobbered by the BIN translator. So I’m wondering day to day where KHYI is audible. In Boyd it’s fine (albeit I’m up north up here).

Thoughts?
 
I live in Keller near Timber Creek High, When I leave the house in the mornings driving to the station, I pick us up on North Beach with a little bleed from BIN then once I hit 170, I get us solid all the way in to the studio in Allen along 170, 114, and 635.
