The display says that it's Tic-Toc radio, but it consists of about a ten second snippet of some song and about 30 seconds of dead air repeated over and over. It's been like that for a month or so. What's up with that?
 
What's funny is every time I mention the topic of an oldies format in Sacramento everybody says, "Naa it won't happen" Yet this nonsense endures and obviously no one is listening. Will all you "radio experts" please explain?
