BRIAN LANDRUM has been tapped to program the station. Most recently, LANDRUM was PD at KMDL/LAFAYETTE and before that, WSM-A/NASHVILLE. I wonder if he's grown up. He used to love to chase the ladies.
Edited by DumbRadioGuy on 04/10/06 02:00 PM.

Wow! I guess even raydio has to have one of those type guys.
Especially, on the Gulf Coast. NOBODY else would ever think
about playing raydio near the beaches "for the ladies."

Now, for something really informational...
What does WYOK have to do with Cadillac Jack???

Other than he likes "the ladies," of course...

As of 12 midnight, Hot 104 is officially cold... WYOK is now playing "Sweet Home Alabama" continuously, with a promo in between, to tune in Thursday morning at 8AM for the kickoff of a radio station you will love with Cadillac Jack and a chance to win $1000. Hey... you can be a part of Alabama and Florida radio history! Wahoo!

Interesting coincidence... he leaves "97-3 the Dawg" in Lafayette to go to the frequency that inspired the name change from "97.3 Country" in 1996. (Plus, then-USL's mascot at the time was a bulldog, so it worked out)

Cadillac Jack

What's the significance of Cadillac Jack? Aren't there a couple dozen DJs out there going by the name Cadillac Jack? Has there ever been one in Mobile?

In his case it may have interfered with things

Uh-oh... Is loving the ladies going out of style? I'm older (and hopefully wiser) but, I still love to chase the ladies, too! I guess I'm a male lesbian. Is this now considered "bad"?
______________
