I liked the show much better when Jim Vann was really a part of it. He's very sharp and witty, and adds another dimension to the show. As far as Craig Cornett goes, he's not bad but not great. I've heard, however, that management has been holding him back; that he was more on the wild side in St. Louis.

People are switching from Steve & Vicky to Craig Cornett. The fact that Star only has one female voice in the morning seems to be turning a lot of women off (after all, that IS the target gender). Kicks has Craig, Jim, Jill, and now Kristen Gates (formerly of Star) which has created a much better dynamic for female listeners. A better balance, if you will.

I still listen to KICKS sometimes during the day, but I've pretty much given up on the morning show. I find the two girls just about as annoying as Bandy & Bailey used to be.

It is reference to the post by Twitch. Something to the effect people are turning Star off for Kicks. It's just NOT happening !! 99.9% of the time it's a Q person trying to bash Star and/or it's ratings.
