Kidd Kradick has lost its first outlet

I was listening to KXIX in Bend yesterday and they ran a promo for the new Elvis Duran show in the morning. Looks like the show has lost its first outlet since Kidd's passing in late July.
 
I think the transition has been underway for the past month in many of his cities. I think the show is still on in Bend though, just a new station. I know B98 in Salt Lake City has gone with The Bert Show and the Medford, OR affiliate has gone with John Jay and Rich. I think we'll continue to see most of the affiliates drop the show throughout the next year. They'll still be strong in Texas though
