Kidd seems like a good guy, I'm happy for him, but I hardly see that being competitive. He's the inverse of Michael Savage--I don't mean he's a flaming liberal, I mean he's an exceptionally nice guy devoid of strong opinions. Kidd was a good CHR or Hip-Hop talent, but the world of talk radio is a fierce animal where nice guys finish last.oncentral said:

Funny that this came up. I was listening to Kid (according to KT'R.com spelled with one D) last night and thought he has been hanging out temporarily for a long time. I was going to start of thread wondering what his status was.
Congrats. Good to see a local person doing well at a legendary station. I think he needs to segway from using the Kid name to be taken more seriously. But then again, the VP Chief of Staff was called Scooter.

Kid is a good guy, and I think he'll grow into a great talk show host over time. Maybe in 2047 when Pat is ready to retire, Kid could take over that shift.
