KIFM Signal

Is their an issue with KIFM's, ESPN 1320, signal? I have to crank it up in the car. I don't live in a fringe area. I usually listen to the HD2 version on FM but I happened to switch to AM and couldn't hear anything. Same at home with the one AM radio I have left. This is daytime I assume things are switched around at night.
 
Definitely at reduced power and very low volume. I didn’t see any STA filed, not sure what’s going on.
