In St. Louis, there are two smooth Jazz stations on HD. One is the HD-2 of KMJM (Majic 104.9), which airs Clear Channel's "Smoothest Place On The Planet" format. For a time, Emmis had a rudimentary HD-3 on KSHE, which was a simple smooth jazz format that sounded like a loop/shuffle. Eventually it moved to the HD-3 of Classic Hits formatted KIHT (K-Hits).
In January, the station became a full fledged, and locally programmed smooth jazz station. Two former employees of our old SJ station (WSSM) are involved in this operation--Jason Church and Rick Sanborn.
Since the station does not stream, I'm posting 80 minutes of it for those outside of St. Louis. The file is 192/44, and was recorded on an Insignia HD portable. The artifacts of HD are noticable (especially a mono HD-3 feed), but we have what we have. Here is the folder link:
