I don't know to beleave wikipedia or not, I love listening to KIIS when I'm visiting my cousin in Van Nuys, But this from wikipedia urks me

Others point out that KIIS tends to be very late on/not play some of the rock titles on the Billboard chart in order to protect the interests of sister station 98-7 FM (KYSR). KIIS also appears to have a preference to play black artists more and ignores many listeners request for HOT AC songs

You can go in there and remove the line yourself. Someone editorializing their own personal views is actually against Wikipeida standards.

No, KIIS doesn't only play "black artists". They've recently been leaning toward the pop side.
