Kim Going Through the Change?

I thought I noticed this last week, but I wasn't sure, as I was just punching past. So I've done a bit more listening, and Kim has definitely undergone some changes. She seems to have settled (at least for now) into a playlist consisting of music from maybe 1975-1985 or thereabouts. It's far more focused than it was in the beginning, and really isn't competing with anybody else in town at this point--more with 104 than 100 to be sure, but really not even that much with them. Think of 98.1 when it was the Cat, but with more of a top-40 lean as opposed to the Cat's classic rock slant, but the classic rock is definitely there. This isn't bad, I could listen to it, and I can hear certain people from the past in my mind staffing it. Or maybe I'm just hallucinating, it's early.

My wife was a "Cat" listener until it Maxxed out. Since then she's been tuned to an oldies staton in Jackson TN. When I turned her on to Kim, she liked it and has been listening to it ever since. She's on the very outside edge of 25-54....as a matter of fact, in January, she'll be totally out of the demo
