Kim Iversen Question

Is she off the air at Mix 94.7 or was her show cancelled? There is a new show on Mix from 7pm-12am.

Also, FM 100 in Memphis, and 99.5 WZPL in Indianapolis, who also regularly broadcast the show, are both playing music right now. Anybody know about this?

Something's definitely up. Nikki Nite and Kim Iverson are both missing from their website. They have no one listed for p.m. drive and Alex (aka Digitz) from the JB and Sandy show listed as the 7 p.m. to midnight host.

Entercom let go of their part time talent. Nikki Nite left. So since they are top heavy, I'm sure they just moved people around. Kim Iverson's show must have been expensive to run

Kim Iverson's show has gone on hiatus. Entercom is no longer involved with the distribution of the show and has dropped it from all of its stations. I understand a syndicator intends to pick it up, but I don't know if it has any affiliates lined up for the show.

As for Nikki, yes, she left Austin but remains with the company. She's at the Sacramento cluster now.

I thought the show was picked up by United Stations?

It was a partnership deal between Entercom and USRN. USRN handled the marketing of the program. I'm not sure if USRN was planning to pick up the programming and distribution of the show or if another distributor was going to grab it. Kim indicates she'll be running a podcast in the short term. As far as I know, the show had no affiliates outside of Entercom.

Does this mean less Night time chatter on 94.7 and more music? I thought at first their format was Talk/Hot Adult Contemporary, when it should be Hot Adult Contemporary.

I believe so. It looks like they just have Alex Franco doing evenings on Mix 94.7.
