Kim Zachary has returned to DRC-FM as part of their morning show with Jerry Kristafer and Mike Stevens. She was the news anchor there back in the day and later worked at WHYN-FM in Springfield and after that she was on ABC 40 (also in Springfield). Most recently she had been doing fill-ins at WRCH 100.5

She sounds like she is part of the show via Telephone. I am wondering if she is working for TotalTraffic as in the past when Richard Price wasn't there Tina G read the news plus did the traffic.
Tina G was not on the show today nor was Richard Price.
And I got to admit I like Grahame doing the Showbiz Buzz, which is now being done by Kim. (I got to get use to Kim I guess)

It's a messy morning show this morning...
First up Dave T on Traffic says The Big D Traffic today is brought to us by Washington Volkswagen... then goes on the read an add for a Maryland Volkswagen Dealer, including a URL of mdvolkswagen.com. (I wonder if listeners in Washington DC heard an ad for a Connecticut business.)
Second up, Jerry Kristopher just announced the time of 8:44am... the problem it was only 7:44 when he announced it.

Time checks on DRC are a recent addition. For years, you never got any indication of what time it was, not even a "22 minutes past the hour."

Is she from the Boston area? I hear her do the traffic on WBRU in Providence and every day she mis pronounces the town of Pawtucket... She pronounces it as it is spelled, not with the RI accent as us locals would.
