Hey ... in fairness to Rodney. Kimmer was on the air on FRIDAY afternoon with 96 Rock discussing his fight with the guy.
Kimmer can't have it both ways. He does not want people to write about it - don't go on air discussing it before the police report comes out.
I happen to like the Kimmer by the way. I have met him a couple of times in personal settings and found him to be great guy. But I happen to think his beef with Rodney about this is petty.
