King tv in SoDo

Anyone know the timetable for KING's new studios in SoDo? My guess is they are trying for the season opener of the M's since they are kitty-corner to Safeco. But that may be unrealistic. Regardless, a major milestone with all three big affiliates with major overhauls within a year! I don't think this has occured before. Fox KCPQ probably will be next.
