There is a smooth jazz song that has Kings in the title but cannot remember what it was called. It was an instrumental and I believe it came out in the 90s. I can think of the melody but not the song. What could it be?

Most likely keyboardist Kevin Toney's "Kings," off of his 1993 "Lovescape" release. Also contained another hit that got tons of airplay back then, "Aphrodisiac." You can sample both here. The old WJZW in Washington spun the crap out of these cuts--overspun them, actually. They were decent tunes that got worn out fast.

Yup that's it. Thanks a lot! I've always enjoyed that song and it's hard to keep track of instrumentals because you don't have lyrics to look up if you don't know the title or artist.
