Kinky Friedman Dies At 79

Singer, songwriter, political candidate, and satirist Kinky Friedman has dies at age 79:

The article says he smoked a cigar, went to bed, and died.

His biggest hit was They Ain't Makin' Jews Like Jesus Anymore

Seems to me at one point he did a radio show somewhere. He had a great radio voice.

I had no idea he died. I think I remember him running for Gov. of Texas. Reminds me of another comedy musician Mojo Nixon who also recently died. I remember Kinky sang some bathroom humor songs that were pretty great. RIP.
