Iheart continues to ruin their remaining rock station in beaumont. No more Bob and Tom, and music selection is awful. They must be looking to lose as much money as possible with this plan.
 
Glad I can't hear the "Big Dog" anymore then. Isn't 106 the ONLY rock station left in the Triangle these days? May be a matter of having to take what you get, Stan. At least over the airwaves there in Beaumont. What did they do to the playlist? Last I heard 106, it was still very much the envy of this rock fan, considering what we're being fed over here to your west. I swear, if not for 106-9, we'd be up a creek completely, when it comes to available OTA rock outlets.
 
I hated Bob and Tom...when CC put them on in Dallas on 92.5 KZPS after letting Bo and Jim go (Way to go Tom NOT SO Schurr!), the ratings fell from #3 mornings to #17 in one book!!! Yeah they didnt last long.......thank GAWD!!! Howard Stern was more interesting than them......but KZPS had had John Boy and Billy....and they played MUSIC!!!! Imagine that......

I could care less...I have WLS FM on the stream in the car....feeding the stereo system....FANTASTIC.....try to beat that HD!!!
