Lisa Kendell is filling in for Outlaw Dave the next couple of weeks and she sounded damn good today. Pam Kelly is filling in from 7pm to probably 9pm, although I wish she would be on until midnight. Pam is excellent too. Wish Rock 1037 would add both of them on fulltime during the week from 7pm until 5:30am and fill out the schedule with some fine air talent. They both add to the station and KIOL needs the help badly. Next week Fletch fills in for Wendy Miller and that should be a ride. If he really follows through and plays what he wants to and says screw the playlist like he told Wendy he was going to do, it will be one interesting midday show on 1037.

I absolutely loved Lisa K. and Pam Kelly on The Buzz way back when. It's a shame that both left the station, because KTBZ lost a lot of it's personality when it lost these two. KTBZ's loss was definitely KIOL's gain, and I couldn't agree with you more in stating that they should both have a fulltime airshift schedule on the station.

Where did the Concert Meister go? A 2 week Christmas break? After the whole "Loyalty is nothing, without loyalty" statement on his website last week, I am a little nervous about his return. Probably just my paranoia kicking in...where's my meds?.....

It will be interesting to hear if Fletch "activates" the Rock as a test to see what type of response he receives. My feeling is KIOL needs to shift towards Active Rock or wither away.

2006 could be very interesting for both KIOL and KFNC.

Guys, Guys, Guys, I'm just filling in. I'm not the music director. You know how it is in radio, you go off the playlist, your F***ed...and that's not fired. Well, probably that too. I'm just playin monkeyboy until Wendy returns from Christmas vacation. As for the rest of the gang, Outlaw Dave is on Christmas leave, he'll be back Jan 3 as well and W&J. I always get in too much trouble on the air so I'm just helping out while everyone is on vacation.

I'm looking for mine now! Fletch you you're letting us down. The station needs some shaking up, you have great people that give 110% and some more. The music needs to be, ah fine tuned a little more. If anyone calls for Pink Floyd have them shot and delete what you have off the hard drive, it's all been played to death, Thank You. I wouldn't want you to lose your job by any means, but give it as much of a stretch as you can. Hell Wendy certainly goes off the playlist on occassion, but then Wendy must be quite a character to work with as she gets away with some good stuff. Happy Whatever you do or do not celebrate this time of year or any other time as you see fit.
