Looks like KIRO is dropping like a rock in 12+

What I want to know is -

what is the breakdown like by daypart...

Which shows are really draggin' the joint down (can you say Prell?)?

Also - how is Dave Ross in the afternoon drive vs. the award winning Afternoon News program that they endless plug that was cancelled? Up? Down?

Note they are promoting their traffic reports in PM drive a bit better, the sign off is now "we've got afternoon traffic every fifteen minutes, your next report is at five fifteen i'm steve sanders newsradio 710 kiro."


And - I've been listening to bits and pieces of Prell because its so horrifyingly bad its entertaining - its kind of a novelty (just like how Jeffers was this time last year)...

A few days ago, he actually said on the air how disappointed he was that apparently no one cared about the stupid thing he was talking about because there were no callers. My thought - maybe there were no callers because there was nobody listening.

YES, we get the point that KIRO doesn't suck as much as other talk/news stations in town.

THE PROBLEM IS, KIRO used to be able to say they were the highest rated station in the city. Period.

KIRO has one thing in common with their older audience. Both could scream "Help, I've fallen and I can't get back up."
