KISQ in SF now Rhythmic AC?

wikipedia saws that KISQ has made the move to Rhythmic AC. your thoughts?
 
I don't live in SF but I looked at KISQ's website and it does not seem targeted to the black community. For example, there is no mention of black music month, as there is on KBLX's website. KISQ reminds me of KHHT/LA, which walks a fine line between Urban AC and Rhythmic AC. What is KISQ's audience composition between blacks and hispanics?
 
the bay area is very diverse. Its hard to target just one group.

It sounds like Mega 100 in Stockton and V101.1 in Sacramento. whats with that?
